About Us

Cyber Champions is a not-for-profit organisation promoting awareness of best practices in digital and cyber skills to schools, senior citizens and other interest groups across the UK. The programme is driven by a network of Cyber Champions, young professional volunteers, and Cyber Guardians, experienced leaders, from private and public sector organisations, motivated to make a difference in their local communities.

In an increasingly digital society, Cyber Champions advocate the importance of having a smart online presence. Since its launch in June 2011 at the Houses of Parliament, thousands of children and senior citizens have already benefited from participating in Cyber Champion workshops. The response to the value of the programme continues to be tremendous and the initiative is expanding rapidly, including collaboration with Universities to roll-out ‘Campus Cyber Champions’.
